Every blade begins with a thorough inspection. We evaluate the plate, teeth, carbide, and overall condition to identify wear, damage, or other issues that could affect performance.

Each tooth is precisely sharpened to restore the correct cutting geometry. Damaged or missing carbide tips can be identified for repair or replacement when needed.
